General Terms & Warranty Period

Maxsol warrants its products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship starting from the date of shipment from Maxsol’s manufacturing facilities. The applicable warranty period varies depending on the product category, as outlined below.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement (at Maxsol’s sole discretion) of the defective product during the applicable warranty period.

If a product is found to be defective within 3 months from the shipment date and has been properly installed and used, it may be considered Defective on Arrival (DOA). Customers may submit a DOA request to the Maxsol Sales Team at [email protected] via email to obtain expedited replacement service.
After 3 months from the shipment date, customers must submit a service request before returning any defective product to Maxsol for repair.

Customers are responsible for prepaying shipping costs, insuring the product during transit, and using the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging when returning products. Customers may also seek assistance from the original authorized distributor or reseller.
